Terms of Service for SkipContact

By downloading or using SkipContact, you agree to these Terms.

1. The app

SkipContact is provided to help users create WhatsApp links and open chats without saving contacts.

The app is provided “as is” and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use SkipContact only for lawful purposes and only with phone numbers you are authorized to contact.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws, messaging rules, and platform policies.

3. Third-party platforms

SkipContact can open links in WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
• Third-party platform availability and behavior are outside our control.

4. In-app purchases

SkipContact may offer a one-time Pro purchase to unlock additional features (for example, QR sharing, widget capabilities, and full history access).

• Payments are processed by Apple.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
• You can use Restore Purchases on eligible devices/accounts.

5. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipContact is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SkipContact after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
